I have spent a week pretty much on my own. Off to work early in the morning and home in the evening to spend it watching the Olympics. Darcy is in Trail for the BCSSA Provincials and I chose not to go this year because it is in Trail and I didn't want to go to the Lake either. So...I have worked on my new hand-quilting project which I must take in every Friday to show the Quilting ladies...read a book and watched a lot of Olympics...too much almost. Played Scrabble on Facebook, worked on Wings registration...thats about it.
Anyway...thunder storm and rain today but still extremely warm and humid. The summer is just about over and I really have not done anything significant or fun except go to work daily.
I want to see a picture of this quilt girl......put a picture up!!
ReplyDeleteQuiet time a home is such a treat in a busy and usually hectic life! A good time to sit, read, watch TV (Olympics) and quilt. I hope you enjoyed your time to relax.
